We outdid ourselves with this years RaceDay

The Raceday just keeps getting bigger and bigger.  This year we were blessed with fantastic weather and were able to raise over $30,000.

We were extremely happy to see many new faces and after chatting to a few i'm expecting to see them become regulars at future events.

One of the fan favourites this year, was our Whisky Toss competition, which involved sliding a $1 coin down a plastic sheet to see who can get closest to a bottle of Jim Beam. The popularity of this competition was shown by the fact that we raised over $500 in dollar coins.

a big thank you to Ben Michael, who shared the story about his battle with cancer and his involvement in the AYA Exercise and Recovery Program.

We have tentatively booked next years day for the 18th of Feb 2012 and hope to see even more people come and enjoy what is always a great event.
